PRIVATE PARTY | GHOST HUNTS | WEDDINGS

Rental: $100.00 (non-refundable)
Private Party Tickets: $5.00 each person 
(first 10 tickets are non-refundable;
min of 10 guests, max of 50)

Hours: 6pm to 8pm, 10pm to Midnight
(you must have rental, plus 10 guest tickets paid at least 4 days before the party. Additional Guest tickets can be purchased as the guests show up).

General Information:
You are renting a large party room in the haunted house. Your guests can go through the haunted house or on ghost hunts with guided staff tours. No actors are present. You'll have a private party room to serve food and drinks. You can play music and/or games of your choice in the party room! Party Host is allowed in building 30 min before party to set up.

Rules:
1) No alcohol of any type will be allowed.
2) No smoking is allowed anywhere inside the building. There is a smoking area behind the building in back.
3) Any person acting in a violent or illegal nature will be escorted immediately off the property by our staff or the sheriff. No refunds of any kind given.
4) Rental and the first 10 guest tickets are non-refundable.
5) If you wish to rent more time for your party you can, see below. 
5) Any damage to the building or props are the responsibility of the party host.
6) You can bring your own food and drinks, as long as you help clean up after the party.
7) You can bring your own decorations as long as they are pre-approved by our staff due to commercial fire code.

1/2 night Party time slot (2 hours):
$100 rental fee, $5 per guest tickets, 10 guest min ($150 min pre-paid)

All night Party time slots (6 hours):
$300 rental fee, $5 per guest tickets, 10 guest min ($350 min pre-paid)
